Markay Homes collects the personal information you provide through the forms on this site — your name, email address, phone number and any details you choose to share — for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where you have consented, sending you information about new releases, model openings and community news.

In accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, electronic communications are sent only with your express consent, and every message includes a means of withdrawing it. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting sales@markayhomes.com.

Cookies and similar technologies

When you first visit, you can accept all optional technologies, reject them, or choose categories. We store that choice in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

• Necessary: supports core site functions, security, form delivery, spam prevention through Cloudflare Turnstile, and storage of your privacy choices. These functions cannot be disabled through the banner.
• External media: loads embedded Google Maps and privacy-enhanced YouTube video only after you allow this category.
• Analytics: allows Microsoft Clarity to use cookies such as _clck and _clsk to provide heatmaps, session insights, and information about how visitors use the site. Clarity is not loaded before analytics consent.
• Marketing: allows configured Meta and Google advertising tools to measure campaigns and form enquiries. When marketing consent is active, a form submission may also be reported to Meta using identifiers that are hashed before transmission.
