The Bateman is 2,535 sq.ft. above grade plus a 720 sq.ft. finished lower level, for 3,255 sq.ft. of total finished living space. The Hayden is 2,488 sq.ft. above grade, and the Glenview is 2,789 sq.ft. above grade.
Nine-foot smooth ceilings on the main and upper levels, heightened interior doors, and an oak staircase with wrought-iron pickets are included. On Lots 7 and 8, engineered hardwood runs through the first floor and upper hallway, excluding tiled areas. The three completed Bateman homes also include a chef-inspired kitchen with quartz countertops, spa-inspired bathrooms, a finished lower level with a separate entrance, and a fully fenced rear yard.
Yes. All three finished homes at 516, 518 and 520 Markay Common have a separate entrance to the fully finished lower level, which has its own recreation room, full bathroom and a flexible office or fifth bedroom. It is a genuinely private space — well suited to in-laws, a nanny or caregiver suite, multi-generational living, or a private work-from-home setup. If you are considering a self-contained rental unit, speak to the sales office first: that depends on City of Burlington zoning and permitting, not on the house alone.
